Refund policy
I. General Policies
Applicability

This policy applies only to orders placed through https://us.tuabeauty.com.

If you purchased a TUA Beauty product from another retailer or platform, please contact them directly for support.
Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Conditions
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

Missing original packaging, tags, accessories, or free gifts.

Products showing visible signs of wear, stains, scratches, or damage.
-
Opened or used electronic or hygiene-related products, unless defective.

Items marked as “FINAL SALE”, “Gift”, or Clearance.

Apparel or intimate wear with broken hygiene seals or signs of use.
II. Return Policy

Standard Returns (change of mind): Within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Defective Items: Within 7 days of delivery (photo/video proof required).
For non-defective returns, we issue store credit only.

Returns are only accepted if the item is:

In original, unused condition
-
Packaged in its original box with all tags/gifts/accessories

Not marked as Final Sale

Return Process
1 – Request Return
Email us at info@tuabeauty.com with:

Your order number

Item(s) you wish to return

Reason for return (and proof if defective)
2 – Review & Approval
If eligible, we’ll email you the return address and instructions within 2 business days.
3 – Ship It Back
You must ship the item(s) back within 7 days of approval. Use tracked shipping. You are responsible for return shipping fees.
4 – Store Credit Issuance
Once we receive and inspect the return, you’ll receive store credit via email within 2–3 business days (minus applicable fees).
III. Defective or Damaged Products
Replacement Policy
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning, you must:

Email us at info@tuabeauty.com within 24 hours of delivery

Provide photo or video evidence

Retain original packaging
Once verified, we’ll ship a free replacement to you within 3 business days.
⚠️ Claims without proof or submitted after 24 hours may not qualify.
Electronics Warranty
All electronic devices are covered under a 30-day limited warranty for manufacturing defects only. Accidental damage, misuse, or water exposure is not covered.
IV. Return Fees & Gift Deduction

Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a $3.99 per item restocking fee, deducted from the issued store credit. -
Free Gift Deductions
If the returned order included a free gift and it is not returned, the value will be deducted from your store credit.

Opened consumables (masks, creams, gels) are considered fully consumed and non-returnable.
V. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only available for:

Different sizes or variants (if in stock)

Defective items (with proof, under warranty)
The exchange process follows the same steps as returns. Please indicate “Exchange Request” in your email.
VI. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled or modified within 1 hour of placement.
To request cancellation, email info@tuabeauty.com with your order number immediately.
Orders already shipped must follow the return process.
VII. Price Protection
If an item you purchased goes on sale within 7 days of delivery, you may request a price adjustment refund.
Excludes Final Sale or Clearance items. Contact us with your order number and screenshot of the new price.
VIII. Refund Timelines
Refunds (where applicable) or store credit will be processed:

Within 2–3 business days of return inspection (store credit)

Within 7–15 business days for approved refunds (for damaged/defective items only)
